Holiday Inn Pearl - Jackson Area by IHG

My family and I recently stayed overnight at this hotel, and we were impressed by the exceptionally clean rooms. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the outlet mall and a wide variety of nearby restaurants. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Michael at the front desk was wonderful. That quality of service is hard to find. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent. Worth the money.

Excellent stay. Very friendly and professional staff. I would just ask that you not have the bill brought to the room on day of checkout... unless you redact my address and phone number. I don't know the staff, so I don't want anyone to have access to my personal information. Has Holiday Inn thought this practice through? Guests are traveling, which means they are not home, so we don't need anyone knowing our address... or being able to get it. I realize the front desk has access to our personal info. But someone else, presumably other staff besides front desk, is getting access to our personal info so that they can put the bill under the door the day of checkout. I will be using a placeholder address for now on.

Myisha is the most helpful Holiday Inn employee I’ve ever encountered! I had just drove 12 hours from Texas and was turned away from another Holiday Inn right down the road and was offered no help or explanation, if you’re considering a stay in the Jackson/ Pearl area you NEED to stay here, friendly, good area, plus there’s a massive Bass Pro right across the parking lot and who doesn’t like browsing hunting gear and checking out the fish tank, 100/10 thank you again Myisha for being our hero tonight!

Walked in without a reservation! Easy, quick conversation and a King suite. Clean, quiet and in a great location to shopping. Restaurant on site was great also.

Love this hotel! The location is perfect, right next to a great strip mall and the bass pro shop. The rooms are always super clean and top notch. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I love this place. My husband and I stay here when we are around the area. This previous stay was not so nice. We were woken up to the fire alarm, but the cause of it is WHY I am so frustrated. I walked by a couple of employees and over heard them saying an employee that returned was smoking in the office, UNACCEPTABLE! TOTALLY!
